Are there income limits?
It depends on the program.
- 100% combos (FHA Combo, V1-FAST 100): no income cap
- 1% Down Grant: income at or below 80% of area median income
- Community 1% Down: income at or below 80% AMI
- CalHFA: county-based limits, varies by household size
Higher earners aren't shut out — the combos were built without income caps.
